Sam Milby breaks up with Anne Curtis because he's gay

During an interview with Anne Curtis by Kris Aquino about her break-up with Sam Milby, Anne mentioned that yes, there was no third party involved in their break-up and that the “real” reason is that Sam wanted to be more in-touch with his relationship with God. They are both very religious people, so Anne completely understood and yielded to Sam’s decision. So in a way, there IS a third party, just not the one we all expected. But why does he have to break up with her just because he wants to have a deeper relationship with God?
