Richard Gomez, host of Family Feud promised in a previous episode that he will have his hair cut if the jackpot is won. He made this promise because months have gone by without anyone bagging the jackpot. What happens is that the daily jackpot adds up every day, until yesterday when it has amounted to more than 2 million pesos already.

The Taganguin family whose first time it is to join the show could be considered the luckiest family in the year 2009 as of yet. They said that they didn’t expect at all to win because of the streak of bad luck that happened to families before them.

Ridiculous as it is, but they even claimed that their main reason to join the game was to see Goma in person, and if possible, the ladies could get a kiss from him—since Goma is known to be very friendly with the lady contestants. Maybe the kiss was their lucky thing because they were able to get most of the top answers in the survey.

In an interview with Taganguin family, they said that they are planning to invest in building an apartment or another sort of business instead of distributing the winnings to individual members of the family. They claimed that they will have to think of something to do with the money as a family, because they won it as a family. The total winnings of the family amounts to P2, 350, 000.

I wonder what Goma will do next time a family gets a jackpot of 2 million.
